Who we helped

A resident at a property in Haweswater House who needed a bathroom converted into a wetroom.

What were the problems

The resident was unable to bathe in the original bathroom and the layout was not suitable for their needs.

What we did

Following a visit from the occupational therapist and the Coalo team, it was decided a level-access shower should be installed, along with a new basin to allow easier access.

The outcomes

1

Timescales and appointment dates were agreed with the resident

2

All works were completed within the timescales set, with the resident kept fully up to date with all progress.

3

The resident was delighted with the outcome and standard of the works and can now safely use the bathroom again.
